About the Coaches
Carollyne Conlinn is a partner at Essential Impact, an award-winning coaching company. She has been a Master Certified Coach for almost 20 years and is a lead faculty member at the Royal Roads Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching program. Carollyne holds two master’s degrees and has worked with hundreds of leaders and their teams to integrate coaching into their success strategies.
Silvia Luka is the first internal coach at Rogers Communications. She holds a PCC designation from the International Coach Federation. As the Director of Coaching in the Rogers Call Centres, she creates a safe space for people to develop their strengths and expand their potential. Silvia’s work and its impact are recognized globally, through awards and multiple speaking engagements.
