Reviews from Past Participants
“I cannot say enough: this is by far the most valuable training I have ever participated in. It has transformed the way I have looked at leadership in a corporate setting and I know that it will forever alter the way I communicate everyday not only at work, but to my family as well. The critical thinking that it enables in people is inspiring.”
– Jody Shakespeare, Managing Director
I had my eyes opened to a new way of coaching. I’ve always believed in empowering individuals to figure out their own solutions, but this has given me a new set of tools to do that more effectively!
– Grace Lynn Reeve, Director of Human Resources, Union Gospel Mission
“I support a small team of employees and I work with clients helping them understand their needs and gaps. It was very well done. Lots of content, demonstrations and practice.”
